Bamforth named Fellow of IAFoST
Professor and Department Chair Charlie Bamforth was recently named as a Fellow of the International Academy of Food Science & Technology (IAFoST). The new class of Fellows will be formally inducted into the IAFoST during the 14th World Food Congress in Shanghai, China in October 2008.
