Grand Opening
On a beautiful October day (10/10/08), hundreds of people gathered to celebrate the opening of the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science (RMI). More information about the opening can be seen on the UC Davis website. Shown in this picture is the RMI Executive Director, Clare Hasler, at the podium. Also shown is Dean Neal Van Alfen, UC Provost Bob Gray, Margrit Mondavi, and Chancellor Larry Vanderhoef.
The celebration continued to the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Anheuser-Busch Brewing and Food Laboratory.
