A reason to celebrate!

On Friday, October 9, 2009 the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences will bestow the Awards of Distinction at its 21st annual College Celebration. The event is held each year at harvest time to celebrate the advancement and accomplishments of our college and its impact on agriculture and the environment.

The Award of Distinction is the highest recognition presented by the college to individuals whose contributions and achievements enrich the image and reputation of the college and enhance its ability to provide public service.

Among this year's recipients is Dr. John Bruhn, FST Emeritus Cooperative Extension Specialist, for his tireless work in the dairy area!  (Shown in the picture with MSO Karen Nofziger enjoying some ice cream at a reception!)
